- In Outlook, go to File → Add Account.
- Enter your email address, open Advanced options and tick Let me set up my account manually.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter the server settings from cPanel (Email Accounts → Connect Devices): incoming port 993 with SSL/TLS, outgoing port 465 with SSL/TLS.
- Enter your password and click Connect.
Use your full email address as the username for both incoming and outgoing mail.
Outlook keeps saying the password is wrong? Check you can log in to webmail with the same password first. If that works, submit a ticket.
