Your hosting is backed up automatically with JetBackup 5. You can restore from cPanel without waiting for us.
Restore files or a database
- In cPanel, open JetBackup 5.
- Choose what to restore: File Backups, Database Backups or Email Backups.
- Pick the date you want to go back to.
- Select the items, click Restore and confirm. You’ll get an email when it’s done.
Restoring overwrites what’s there now. To be safe, use Download to get a copy of the current files first, or restore a single file rather than the whole site.
Restore the whole account
Use Full Account Backups to roll everything back at once. If you’re not sure which backup to use, submit a ticket and we’ll help.
