1. To install Microsoft 365 applications, please open your browser and go to office.com.
Sign in using your Microsoft 365 account by clicking the Sign In button located in the middle of your screen, or at the top right hand corner.
If you do not have a Microsoft 365 account yet, please contact us to discuss the different license options that are available.
Some licenses may only include the web based version of some applications, but not the desktop version.

2. Once you have signed into your Microsoft 365 account, you can begin installing your applications by clicking on Install and more located on the right hand corner of the page, and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.
3. You should now be presented with a screen similar to the image below. This will list all the Apps available to download.
You have several options with regards to installing applications.
- You can change the language if you would prefer something other than the default English (United States).
- You can choose between 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
- For some products you can also choose between different editions.
Once you have made your selection, click the Install button next to the product you wish to download.
4. The installer file will download. Open and run this file to install your Microsoft product. Microsoft Office will start the installation process.
The Microsoft Office subscription consists of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Access and Skype. Any additional subscriptions you have purchased including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio or Microsoft SharePoint will be included in the installation.
5. To check which Microsoft 365 applications your license gives you access to, click on Subscriptions on the left panel.
This will display a list of the applications included in your license. In the example below, the applications available on the Microsoft 365 Business Standard licence are displayed.
