To login to your cPanel account, you can login via
- https://yourdomain.com.au/cpanel (your actual domain) or;
- via MyToolbox.
Your cPanel username and password would have been sent to you in the email when you signed up with us, subject titled “New Account Information“. If you have misplaced this email, please contact us and we are happy to resend you this email.

All of our cPanel accounts come with Apache Spam Assassin included by default. This spam filter is suitable for most services, however we also offer a premium spam filter service called Spam Experts on certain plans. While you can choose to use either spam filter, it is important that you only use one. Having multiple spam filter services enabled can cause conflicts with one and other, and can result in legitimate emails being blocked as spam.
If you are using Spam Experts, we recommend that you ensure that Apache Spam Assassin is disabled.
Step 1: To disable Apache Spam Assassin, you will need to login to your cPanel account, via either of the methods outlined above.
Step 2: Under the Email section, click Spam Filters,
Step 3: You should be presented with a screen similar to one of the examples below.
Please ensure that the toggle next to Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam is greyed out to indicate it is disabled.
Below this there should be a message confirming that “Apache SpamAssassin is disabled”
If the switch is blue, it means Apache SpamAssassin is enabled and you should toggle the switch off to disable it.
