Web Hosting
As per the website

24/7 support for all web hosting support is available. However, all non-critical issues outside our regular business hours will be dealt with on the next business day.
Standard Response Times
- Low and Normal tasks Business Hours (< 1 hour)
- Critical tasks – Business Hours (< 10 minutes)
- Low and Normal tasks Outside Business Hours (< 6 hours)
- Critical tasks – Outside Business Hours (< 30 minutes)
* Any non-urgent tasks may not be responded to until regular business hours resume. However, depending on our on-call staff member, we may respond to your low-priority ticket. All on-call staff members will have the final say in prioritizing your request. If the ticket comes through as critical/high priority and we assess the ticket as being a low priority, we may not respond to your ticket.
Web Design
Our standard fees will apply if the client is not in a contract.
- $119 exGST per hour (minimum of an hr)
- $89 exGST per hour (minimum of an hr) for clients on a Silver or Premium semi-managed WordPress hosting plan.
If work is required outside of business hours [1]:
- $189 exGST per hour (minimum of 1 hour)
- $299 exGST per hour (minimum of 1 hour) on Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
[1] – Business Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding WA and National Public Holidays, 8:30 – 17:30
IT Support
If IT support is required (outside of any hosting issues):
- $119 exGST per hour (including Remote Support)
- $169 exGST per hour onsite (including travel time) [1]
- $0.90 exGST per KM.
- $189 exGST per hour outside business hours (remote min 1 hour) [2]
- $299 exGST per hour outside business hours (onsite min 1 hour) [2]
[1] – Onsite support must be within 25km of our office (533 Hay Street, Perth). Additional charges per km will apply based on Google Maps.
[2] – Business Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding WA and National Public Holidays, 8:30 – 17:30
