How to flush your DNS cache

Sometime you may need to flush your DNS cache. By flushing your DNS cache you can ensure that the DNS information your device is using is up to date.

To flush your DNS cache, open your start menu and type cmd. 

The command prompt application will appear in the search results, right click on it and select Run as Admininstrator.

Enter the following and then press enter.

ipconfig /flushdns

This should flush your DNS cache and renew it with the latest DNS information.
