How to cancel your services

How to cancel your services

Through your MyToolBox portal you are able to update your information, pay invoices, order new services, or lodge support tickets.

To login to your customer toolbox, please go to our website https://www.perthwebhosting.net.au/ and select the MyToolBox link in the top left hand of your screen

You can login using the email address you provided when you signed up for your service. Your password would have been sent to you in an email titled “New Account Information”.

If you no longer have this email or you have changed your password since then, please select the Forgot Password option and a password reset link will be sent to your email address.

If you need to cancel your services the best way is to open a ticket requesting the cancellation.

To begin please log into your customer toolbox via as outlined above.

Once you are on your customer toolbox home page select Open New Ticket. For cancellation requests we recommend opening a new ticket rather than replying to an old one.

For cancellation requests please select Accounts.

When filling out a ticket, please be as specific and informative as possible. If you have multiple services, please specify which services you wish to cancel, and when you would like them cancelled from.

Unless stated otherwise, Perth Web Hosting will cancel your services at the end of their current billing cycles.

Please be aware that if you have multiple services, each may have a different billing cycle.

Once you have provided the required information, add a descriptive Subject and then click Submit.

Once you have submitted the cancellation request, please keep an eye out for the email response from Perth Web Hosting.

Please make sure you download any emails or website files before the termination date if you wish to utilize these files at a later date.

If required, Perth Web Hosting can zip up your website and send you a link for $120 + GST. If you require recovery after this date, a fee of $350 + GST will be required.
